what to do...

What do you do when you are in an incredibly BAD mood for no real good reason? Like the kind where you feel like the things your 18month old son is doing, he's doing on purpose to piss you off. Even tho logically you know that is not the case and you dont outwardly react badly, but Life just seems to suck for the day. How do you get out of that mood? My old tricks just arent cutting it today. Well, off to make Lunch for the little guy and myself. Wish me luck.
